Responsibilities
- Manage confidential correspondence, records, and documentation using federal compliance protocols
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership teams
- Process personnel actions, timekeeping, and payroll in HR systems (e.g., NFC)
- Administer office procurement, inventory control, and facility maintenance requests
- Support budget tracking and financial reporting using federal accounting systems
- Serve as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
- Ensure all operations adhere to federal regulations (FAR, FTR, and agency-specific policies)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience with GS-5/GS-7 level duties
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and federal HR/payroll systems
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expert knowledge of federal travel regulations (FTR) and procurement procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in compliance matters
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- U.S. citizenship required
