Responsibilities
- Manage and process veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and scheduling
- Maintain secure electronic and physical records systems
- Analyze operational data to process improvement recommendations
- Provide frontline support to veteran inquiries and concerns
- Ensure strict adherence to VA and federal compliance standards
- Train and mentor junior administrative staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal or public sector administrative experience
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and MS Office Suite
- Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with FOIA and privacy act protocols
- US citizenship required
