- Process veteran benefit claims with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate multi-departmental communications and documentation
- Manage confidential data using VA-specific systems
- Support veterans with in-person and virtual inquiries
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations (VA Handbook 5007)
- Train temporary staff on administrative protocols
- Analyze workflow efficiency and implement improvements
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (mandatory for federal positions)
- 2+ years administrative experience in government or healthcare
