Responsibilities
- Process federal documentation and maintain accurate records in compliance with 5 CFR regulations
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and manage executive calendars
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reimbursements using MAX.gov systems
- Support HR functions including onboarding and personnel file maintenance
- Implement security protocols for classified and sensitive information
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases
- Secret security clearance eligibility (must obtain within 90 days)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field preferred
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance
