Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential federal records and documentation
- Provide administrative support to department heads and program managers
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement requests, and expense reports
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support data entry, filing systems, and records management
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
