Responsibilities
- Process and prioritize veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and documentation workflows
- Manage confidential veteran records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Generate weekly reports using federal databases and Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide exceptional support to veterans and their families through multiple channels
- Assist in onboarding new team members and process training
- Support quarterly audits and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years federal or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with veteran affairs systems preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- U.S. citizenship required
