Responsibilities
- Manage classified and unclassified document systems with strict adherence to federal protocols
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications for veteran benefit programs
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and congressional inquiries
- Oversee travel authorizations and expense compliance for 15+ personnel
- Maintain digital records using VA-specific databases (e.g., VISTA)
- Support grant administration for veteran outreach initiatives
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for administrative workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VA systems
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Experience with FOIA requests and records management
- US citizenship required
