Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and background investigation clearance
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 2+ years experience with federal compliance documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SSA proprietary systems
- Ability to maintain HIPAA/FERPA confidentiality standards
- Score 85+ on federal Administrative Support assessment
