Responsibilities
- Manage classified/unclassified document processing and compliance protocols
- Coordinate executive schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and regulatory submissions
- Maintain digital/physical records with strict adherence to federal retention policies
- Serve as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
- Analyze administrative workflows to identify efficiency improvements
- Support budget tracking and procurement documentation processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal/local administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal record management systems
- Active security clearance eligibility or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Expertise in federal procurement procedures (FAR/DFARS)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines
