- Manage veteran records and documentation systems ensuring HIPAA/GSA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional operations between clinical and administrative departments
- Process personnel actions, travel authorizations, and procurement requests
- Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures for office workflows
- Conduct data analysis and prepare executive reports for leadership review
- Oversee facility access control and security protocols
- Support budget tracking and resource allocation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSA systems
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
