Responsibilities
- Manage confidential records and maintain digital filing systems
- Coordinate multi-departmental communications and scheduling
- Process travel authorizations and expense reimbursements
- Support grant administration and compliance documentation
- Conduct data entry with 99% accuracy for veteran benefit applications
- Prepare official correspondence and reports using G Suite tools
- Assist in onboarding new federal employees
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 60+ college credits in business administration
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VA-specific systems
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive veteran information with discretion
