Responsibilities
- Manage veteran case files and ensure compliance with federal regulations and VA policies
- Coordinate administrative workflows, including scheduling, correspondence, and document processing
- Support program initiatives by preparing reports, tracking metrics, and maintaining databases
- Serve as primary liaison between veterans, VA staff, and external stakeholders
- Oversee procurement processes, contract management, and budget tracking
- Implement and optimize office procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide training and guidance to administrative staff on federal compliance standards
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years of federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with VA systems or veteran services highly desirable
