Responsibilities
- Manage classified and unclassified document processing systems in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate executive-level scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Oversee procurement documentation and budget tracking using SAP and FedMall systems
- Develop and maintain automated workflows for administrative processes
- Serve as primary liaison for interagency communications and records management
- Prepare congressional correspondence and agency reports following GSA guidelines
- Train staff on administrative procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience with security clearance
- Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Demonstrated knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and GSA procurement policies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Experience with records management systems (e.g., NARA standards)
