Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate office operations including scheduling, procurement, and facility maintenance
- Process veteran benefit applications with accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership review using advanced MS Office tools
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative logistics and project coordination
- Implement security protocols for sensitive veteran information (HIPAA/FERPA compliant)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience in a regulated environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of federal records management and procurement procedures
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- Strong written communication abilities for drafting official documents
