Responsibilities
- Manage complex correspondence, memos, and reports in strict adherence to federal compliance standards.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and lodging for senior leadership.
- Maintain and organize confidential office files, ensuring accessibility and data security.
- Assist in the preparation of briefing materials, presentations, and agendas for executive meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Oversee office inventory management, including ordering supplies and processing expense vouchers.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Regional Administrator.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive administrative experience in a government, legal, or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and government-specific software (e.g., ASPEN, COTS).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass a background investigation.
