- Process veteran benefit applications with 99.8% accuracy
- Prepare confidential reports for congressional review
- Train staff on federal administrative protocols
- Oversee procurement processes for departmental supplies
- Maintain electronic records in SF-115 systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years federal administrative experience required
- Proficiency in SF-50 personnel processing
- VA-specific knowledge of 38 CFR guidelines
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite certification
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration preferred
- Experience with GSA Advantage ordering systems
