Responsibilities
- Manage sensitive veteran records and documentation ensuring strict compliance with federal privacy regulations (HIPAA, FOIA)
- Coordinate multi-departmental operations including scheduling, correspondence, and procurement processes
- Process financial transactions, reimbursements, and budget tracking using federal accounting systems
- Provide exceptional constituent services responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to archival standards
- Support HR functions including onboarding, training coordination, and performance documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams for system access, troubleshooting, and security protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience in federal, state, or regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with federal procurement procedures (FAR) and recordkeeping standards
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Associates degree or relevant certification (e.g., AAPC, CDA) preferred
