Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit documentation systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and task prioritization
- Ensure strict adherence to federal privacy laws (HIPAA, FERPA)
- Prepare official correspondence and congressional inquiries
- Analyze administrative data to optimize service delivery
- Train new staff on federal protocols and software systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal administrative experience required
- Proficiency in VA-specific systems (VBMS, VBA) and MS Office Suite
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement processes
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
