Responsibilities
- Manage classified and unclassified document processing with strict adherence to federal protocols
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and executive scheduling for leadership staff
- Oversee budget tracking, procurement requests, and fiscal compliance reporting
- Execute HR onboarding processes and maintain personnel records in SF-50 systems
- Support FOIA requests and legal document preparation under federal guidelines
- Implement records management procedures per NARA standards
- Analyze operational metrics and generate performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative or GS-level support experience
- Proficiency in GSA systems, SF-52 forms, and federal procurement processes
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Knowledge of DHS-specific protocols and Miami regional operations
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle sensitive materials
- US citizenship required
