Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate veteran records and confidential files in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate administrative workflows for veteran benefit processing and case management
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans, families, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership
- Support budget tracking and procurement processes for departmental operations
- Facilitate cross-agency communications and stakeholder meetings
- Implement and maintain document management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of federal administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal record-keeping systems
- Strong knowledge of VA regulations and veteran benefits programs
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- US Citizenship required
