Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior officials.
- Organize and maintain accurate, confidential electronic and physical filing systems.
- Process incoming inquiries, screen phone calls, and route communications to the appropriate staff.
- Assist in the preparation of budget proposals, travel vouchers, and procurement requests.
- Facilitate internal communications and team collaboration meetings.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations regarding information security and record retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a federal, state, or corporate environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government case management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior executives and external partners.
- Knowledge of federal administrative procedures and general office management practices.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
