- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and scheduling
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and VA privacy protocols
- Prepare official correspondence and compliance reports
- Support data entry into federal databases with 99% accuracy
- Assist with quality assurance audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and VA-specific systems
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Knowledge of federal procurement procedures (FAR/DFARS)
- TS/BI clearance preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Certified Federal Administrative Assistant (CFAA) a plus
