Responsibilities
- Manage federal records systems with 100% compliance to FOIA and NARA standards
- Coordinate cross-agency meetings and logistics for 15+ stakeholders
- Process travel authorizations and expense reports using GSA MAX
- Support grant administration through SAM.gov portal maintenance
- Develop and maintain agency-wide administrative procedures
- Provide HR support on onboarding and documentation workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office 365
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain
- Knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
- Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) preferred
