Responsibilities
- Manage federal documentation systems including FOIA requests and records retention protocols
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and executive scheduling
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and compliance documentation
- Oversee procurement processes and budget tracking for assigned programs
- Implement federal records management policies per NARA guidelines
- Support grant administration and compliance reporting requirements
- Train staff on administrative systems and federal compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency with GSA Advantage and SAM.gov procurement systems
- Expert knowledge of federal records management (44 U.S.C. Chapter 21)
- Security clearance eligibility (or ability to obtain)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- U.S. citizenship required
