Responsibilities
- Manage departmental correspondence, records, and documentation with strict adherence to federal protocols
- Coordinate executive scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
- Prepare and process personnel actions, leave requests, and performance evaluations
- Utilize federal systems (e.g., HRConnect, SharePoint) for data management and reporting
- Support budget tracking, procurement requests, and inventory management
- Serve as primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (FAR, DFARS) and agency policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal IT systems
- Knowledge of federal HR procedures and regulations (5 CFR)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
