Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to federal executives and program managers.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Prepare and edit a wide variety of correspondence, reports, and briefing materials.
- Maintain and organize confidential federal records and filing systems in compliance with strict regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with budget preparation, expense reporting, and procurement activities.
- Ensure all administrative processes adhere to federal standards and security protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably within a federal, state, or municipal government environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to undergo a background investigation and obtain Public Trust clearance.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government case management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear, professional correspondence.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
