Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, memos, and reports, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to key stakeholders.
- Process and prepare personnel actions, travel vouchers, and purchase orders in accordance with federal regulations.
- Maintain and organize complex filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring strict confidentiality and data security.
- Assist in the preparation of briefing materials, presentations, and agenda items for executive meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for federal personnel, including visa processing and itinerary management.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory, initiating reorders to prevent operational downtime.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience (4-6 years) will be considered.
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a government or corporate environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and federal case management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear, professional correspondence.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
