Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure compliance with federal regulations and protocols.
- Manage the office budget, track expenditures, and process invoices for payment.
- Coordinate and schedule high-level meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records in accordance with records management policies.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate information flow and resolve administrative issues.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new federal employees.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or high-level administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and federal grant management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of OPM (Office of Personnel Management) regulations and standard federal HR practices.
