Responsibilities
- Manage federal records and documentation systems ensuring compliance with 44 U.S.C. regulations
- Coordinate cross-departmental operations and logistics for agency initiatives
- Process personnel actions and maintain HRIS systems with SF-50 documentation
- Prepare official correspondence and reports following GSA Style Manual guidelines
- Oversee budget tracking and fiscal documentation for assigned programs
- Support grant management processes and compliance monitoring
- Facilitate interagency communications and stakeholder engagements
- Implement administrative process improvements using Lean methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency with federal HR systems (e.g., HRS, NSPS) and documentation standards
- Expert knowledge of GVA, FAR, and federal acquisition regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel pivot tables, Word mail merge)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Professional certification (e.g., CFP, CPM, or CPM) preferred
- Experience with federal travel regulations and voucher processing
