Responsibilities
- Records Management: Oversee the classification, storage, and retrieval of sensitive federal records, ensuring full compliance with OMB guidelines and retention schedules.
- Administrative Coordination: Schedule and coordinate complex calendars for federal officers, manage travel authorizations, and process expense reports with precision.
- Compliance & Audits: Assist in preparing documentation for federal audits and inspections, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and privacy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external federal partners, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
- Reporting: Compile and analyze operational data to generate accurate reports for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and potential risks.
- Office Operations: Maintain the physical and digital workspace, ordering supplies and managing office equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Required for all federal roles.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support within a federal, state, or government contracting environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration or Public Affairs preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with government-specific databases (e.g., SharePoint, FedRAMP compliant systems).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of federal procurement rules and privacy regulations (e.g., FERPA, HIPAA) is a plus.
