Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-level meetings for executive staff, ensuring all logistics are executed flawlessly.
- Prepare, compile, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process travel arrangements and expense reports in strict accordance with federal travel regulations and agency guidelines.
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of both electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and responses.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders, managing inquiries professionally.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of professional administrative experience within a government, military, or corporate environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and government-specific software platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and concise correspondence.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
