Responsibilities
- Manage confidential records and documentation ensuring compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate executive-level meetings, travel, and logistics for department leadership
- Process personnel actions, onboarding, and clearance verifications
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefing materials
- Implement agency policies and procedures across multiple divisions
- Act as primary liaison for interdepartmental communications
- Utilize GSA systems for procurement and asset management
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active federal security clearance required
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in GSA MAX, FISMA, and HRConnect systems
- Advanced knowledge of federal travel regulations (FTR) and ethics guidelines
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to manage competing priorities under strict deadlines
- TS/SCI clearance preferred but not mandatory
