- Coordinate with federal agencies and community partners
- Manage confidential veteran records using VA systems
- Conduct eligibility screenings and benefit consultations
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional inquiries
- Support outreach initiatives for underserved veteran populations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VA databases
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance within 30 days
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent federal experience
- Knowledge of veterans' benefits programs preferred
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
