Responsibilities
- Process and prioritize high-volume veteran benefit claims with 99.5% accuracy
- Manage confidential veteran records and ensure HIPAA/GSA compliance
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications for emergency response initiatives
- Execute urgent administrative tasks with same-day turnaround requirements
- Support veterans through direct assistance and resource navigation
- Maintain electronic filing systems with zero-tolerance for errors
- Collaborate with IT security teams on data protection protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years federal or state government administrative experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain interim clearance within 24 hours)
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- TS/BI clearance preferred but not required for interim placement
- Ability to pass federal background check within 72 hours
- Experience with veteran-specific documentation processes
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (for occasional off-site duties)
- U.S. citizenship required
