Responsibilities
- Process and manage veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate with federal agencies and community partners for veteran support services
- Maintain confidential records in compliance with federal regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families
- Assist with outreach programs for underserved veteran populations
- Support data collection and reporting for performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (per federal law)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Experience with veteran services or federal programs preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy regulations
