Responsibilities
- Process and manage veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve case inquiries within 24 hours
- Maintain confidential records using VA's secure digital systems
- Prepare detailed reports and correspondence for senior leadership review
- Support outreach initiatives to connect veterans with available services
- Train and mentor new administrative staff on VA protocols
- Adhere to all federal regulations and privacy standards (HIPAA/VA directives)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA background clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with case management or customer service systems
