Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-level meetings for federal stakeholders and executives.
- Process and track personnel actions, including timecards, travel requests, leave requests, and official personnel folders.
- Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to protocol.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic records, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for federal employees.
- Facilitate communication between federal clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all federal agency policies and security regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in a federal, military, or government contractor environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain or possess a Secret Security Clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and government-specific software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
