Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume correspondence, emails, and official records in strict compliance with federal regulations and confidentiality protocols.
- Schedule and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas and itineraries.
- Prepare, format, and edit professional documents, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff, external stakeholders, and visiting officials.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for sensitive federal information.
- Assist with procurement processes, expense reporting, and budget tracking using government travel cards.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate logistics for meetings and conference calls.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Public Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government, legal, or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Ability to pass a Department of Justice background investigation (Public Trust clearance).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
