Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, emails, and official documents in accordance with federal record-keeping standards.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, meetings, and conference calls for executive staff and federal liaisons.
- Maintain accurate databases and filing systems to ensure the timely retrieval of sensitive information.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and briefing materials with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist with the processing of contracts, grants, and procurement documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within a federal or government-related environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and government-specific software (e.g., eOPF).
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and confidentiality requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear and concise correspondence.
- Ability to pass a mandatory federal background check and security clearance investigation.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
