Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily administrative functions, including mail processing, filing, and supply inventory management.
- Correspondence: Draft, review, and route high-volume correspondence, ensuring compliance with federal communication standards.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and compile meeting minutes.
- Travel Management: Arrange domestic and international travel logistics for executive staff, including itineraries and visa processing support.
- Report Generation: Compile and analyze data to produce accurate weekly and monthly operational reports.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding processes, maintaining personnel files, and answering inquiries regarding federal benefits and policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field preferred. High school diploma with equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience within a government or large-scale corporate setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Federal Employee Identification Systems (FEIS) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely for diverse audiences.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal regulations, privacy laws (FERPA, HIPAA), and office protocols.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
