Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the federal office, including mail handling, filing, and supply inventory management.
- Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and distribute internal memos, official correspondence, and reports with strict adherence to federal formatting standards.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and secure digital records of sensitive personnel and financial data using government-approved databases.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes for executive briefings.
- Compliance: Ensure all administrative processes comply with OPM regulations and agency-specific policies.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Certificate in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably within a federal, state, or military environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new government software quickly.
