Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including drafting responses for executive review.
- Maintain accurate and secure filing systems for federal records and contracts in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and visa requirements for government officials.
- Prepare and format briefing materials, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Schedule and manage executive calendars, including coordinating meetings with high-level stakeholders.
- Process expenses and purchase orders according to federal accounting policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement regulations (FAR) and compliance procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Federal Background Investigation.
