Responsibilities
- Process immigration applications and citizenship petitions with 99% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service to applicants via phone and in-person
- Maintain secure digital and physical records following federal protocols
- Coordinate with federal agencies and law enforcement on case reviews
- Generate routine reports and statistical summaries for leadership
- Support weekend operational readiness and emergency response protocols
- Train new staff on federal compliance procedures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
