- Manage veteran benefit inquiries and documentation processing during weekend hours
- Coordinate with federal agencies and stakeholders to resolve urgent case matters
- Maintain secure electronic health records and compliance with HIPAA/FERPA regulations
- Support scheduling and resource allocation for weekend clinic operations
- Process federal forms and applications with 100% accuracy
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of weekend-generated documentation
- Prepare weekly operational reports for federal leadership review
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal background clearance
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal case management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of VA regulations and veteran benefits programs preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
