Responsibilities
- Manage administrative workflows including document processing, record-keeping, and data entry
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal employees and the public
- Coordinate office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (required for federal employment)
