Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit claims and documentation with 99% accuracy
- Manage electronic filing systems and maintain secure records
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve service inquiries
- Generate weekly payroll reports and administrative summaries
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for compliance with federal regulations
- Assist veterans with benefit eligibility verification
- Participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and federal employment eligibility
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong attention to detail and error-free documentation skills
- Experience with payroll processing systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
