Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal employees and constituents via telephone, email, and in-person inquiries during weekend hours.
- Process and adjudicate federal benefits applications and claims with high accuracy and speed.
- Maintain and update confidential records in accordance with federal data privacy regulations.
- Assist in resolving complex escalations by coordinating with weekday support teams and agency stakeholders.
- Perform data entry and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with federal reporting standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and security clearances required for federal facilities.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal security clearance requirements.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or government administration.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient computer skills with MS Office Suite and federal case management systems.
