Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veteran benefit claims with 98% accuracy
- Review medical records and supporting documentation
- Communicate with veterans and their families regarding claim status Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations (VA, SSA, etc.)
- Utilize proprietary claims processing software
- Generate detailed claim reports and analytics
- Collaborate with medical and legal teams for complex cases
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years claims processing or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
