Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in claims processing or veterans services
- Proficiency in federal regulations (38 CFR) and VA procedures
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience with electronic claims processing systems
- Valid California driver's license
