Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with federal healthcare regulations (HIPAA, VA directives)
- Audit medical records for regulatory adherence
- Develop and implement compliance training programs
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations

- Prepare compliance reports for leadership review
- Stay updated on evolving federal healthcare policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 3+ years of federal compliance experience
- VA VistA system proficiency required
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and CMS regulations
- Project management certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Active federal security clearance
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
